My failures, your success

Hi there, my name is Brad Messersmith, expert in all things personal growth and transformation. At only 29, after receiving a masters degree in business analytics from the #1 ranked business school in the country (Indiana University - Kelley School of Business), I received a promotion that found me leading a manufacturing facility and responsible for more than 200 employees and $150 Million+ in annual sales before the age of 30.

That was many years ago, and since then, I’ve completed executive education through M.I.T. and further climbed the ranks to become a Global Strategy Leader for the Aerospace division of a large manufacturer. Although my career has been even more successful than I could have possibly imagined, I realized that I was still not living up to my true potential, and decided to leave my career in hopes of inspiring and helping others to find their own success. I recognized that fulfillment, for me, came from mentoring, coaching, and supporting others in my life - people just like you. Now, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help others to realize that you too are filled with limitless potential to achieve your goals, and with the right tools, mindset, I can teach you to breakthrough too!

My Journey

I first began to realize at a young age, that something was different about my mindset. By the time I had reached high-school, it was impossible to ignore that my attitude and effort towards my passions is unique. After being named captain in three different sports, making it to the Indiana state championship in hockey my senior year of high school, only to follow by getting into a top Engineering program in the country and making it to the men’s ACHA hockey national championship at the college level the following year at University of Illinois, I realized that something I was doing was different.

Fast forward to today, from having conquered my challenges with alcohol now three years sober and counting, to losing and keeping off 65 pounds with changed eating and exercise habits, to being a state-championship winning coach with more than 15 years of coaching experience, I know that no challenge you face is too big to overcome with the right mindset. Let me show you how!
